1. Nature of Our Services

PosiProp is an analytics dashboard designed to process public property market indicators and calculate estimated suburb-level rental yields and cash-flow scenarios.

DISCLAIMER: PosiProp does not provide financial, investment, legal, or taxation advice. All metrics, calculations, predictions, and AI-assisted analysis displayed on this platform are estimates based on historical indicators and do not guarantee future yields or capital performance. You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before making any property purchase decisions.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access subscription analytics, you must register a valid profile using Google sign-in or verified credentials. You agree to maintain the security of your profile and accept all responsibilities for actions performed under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying unusual or malicious activity.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, & Billing

Our services include a 3-day free trial tier for new users, which grants unrestricted access to analytical charts and suburb information.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are processed on a recurring basis as outlined during sign-up. All billing, invoice notifications, and card authorizations are managed via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. If cancelled during the 3-day trial period, your card will not be charged.
• Refunds: Unless mandated under Australian Consumer Law, subscription charges are non-refundable.

4. Permitted Use & Licensing

PosiProp grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access our property analytics dashboards for private research and portfolio management. You agree not to:

• Extract, compile, or mirror database metrics for commercial resale or integration into external listing platforms.
• Bypass platform authentication limits or overload system query capacity.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to recreate PosiProp's proprietary calculation models.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosiProp and its directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, lost profits, or investment deficits arising from your reliance on the data displayed on the platform. All data is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of completeness or accuracy.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in regulatory compliance, database upgrades, or platform capabilities. Continued access after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated agreement.
